Tapmaster has been working with industry-leading casework manufacturers like DCI Edge, Modular & Custom Cabinets, Biotec (Royal Dental), Midmark and countless others for over 30 years. One thing all these cabinet OEMs have in common is a desire to make the best possible product for their customers.

What is casework?
Casework is the foundation of any medical, dental or vet practice and professionals need to know that it will stand the test of time. It incorporates sterilization stations, plumbing fixtures, equipment cabinets and work surfaces. Nearly everything that occurs in a medical practice involves the cabinetry in some way or another.
Why are hands-free faucets important?
In a clinical setting, infection control is a key priority. The single most important part of infection control is proper hand washing. Hands-free faucets are critical for proper hand hygiene as they remove a point of cross-contamination that is difficult to manage otherwise. However, we have all been subject to the frustrations of electronic faucets.
Faucets are simple, hands-free faucets should be too.
Clinics and other medical practices can’t afford to spend time and money constantly repairing their faucets, changing batteries or even paying to have electricity run to each wash basin. That’s why our customers preferentially spec Tapmaster products for hands-free faucet control. Tapmaster products are simple, effective and long-lasting. Our unique water-pressure operated design removes clunky mechanical linkages and finicky electronics from the equation altogether. This makes our product simple to install and most importantly, easy to use.
How reliable are Tapmaster products?
Tapmaster has been on the market for over 30 years with hundreds of thousands of installed units worldwide and thousands more sold each year. We have customers that call in for their first batch of spare parts after 20+ years of operation. Typically Tapmaster units will last the service life of the millwork they are installed in. Every product has issues of course, but here at Tapmaster we believe a product should be designed to be repaired rather than replaced whenever possible. We offer a 10 year warranty on our products and our support staff is ready and able to address all customer questions.
